Job Description

: Responsible for the Complete End-to-end Recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, calling, and interviewing till Successful On-boarding. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to find qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement activities. Establish and maintain clear and timely communication with candidates. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and market insights. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Skills & Competencies required: Excellent communication and networking skills Adaptive and receptive attitude.
