Core Responsibilities

Generate cinematic AI videos using

Kling, Higgsfield , and other advanced AI platforms Ensure accurate

lip-sync / mouth sync alignment Maintain strict

character consistency across scenes Control camera motion, lighting direction, and shadow logic Prevent morphing, distortion, frame drift, and visual artifacts Deliver polished, production-ready outputs — not raw generations Collaborate with storyboard, editing, and QC teams

Required Skill Depth You should understand: Motion physics and realism Frame coherence and temporal consistency Scene continuity logic Prompt refinement for character locking AI voice + video sync workflows Basic color grading principles

Strong working knowledge of

Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects

is preferred.

Bonus If You Know

AI image generation (GPT, Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, etc.) Upscaling and enhancement workflows Basic compositing and masking

Not For You If

You experiment casually with AI tools You rely on one-click outputs You lack attention to cinematic composition You cannot troubleshoot generation issues independently

Qualifications

Experience in video editing, production, or AI-powered video generation Strong understanding of visual storytelling and aesthetics Familiarity with digital content creation and social media formats Strong research, time-management, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Interest or experience in leveraging AI for creative production Degree in Film, Media, Design, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
