Quality Assurance Manager

We Are Hiring: Manager – QA & QC | BE Mechanical + | 10–15 Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced Manager – QA & QC to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions and ensure world-class product standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma). - Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Process Improvement: Analyze quality data to identify trends, implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and drive process efficiency. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and industry regulations. - Auditing: Conduct internal/external audits and oversee supplier quality. - Customer Focus: Address customer complaints and feedback to boost satisfaction. - Reporting: Create reports for senior management on quality metrics and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Proven experience in quality management, preferably in [Your Industry]. - Technical Skills: Knowledge of QMS, statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and relevant software. - Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, analytical, and project management skills. - Certifications Preferred: Six Sigma, ISO lead auditor.

- B.E. Mechanical + - 10 – 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control
