We are looking for: We’re hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to help build and scale our multi-tenant SaaS platform. You’ll work across a TypeScript + Go monorepo and own the architecture of high-performance microservices, event-driven workflows, and analytics systems that power websites and content delivery at scale.

What You’ll Do Design and build domain-driven microservices (Controller → Service → DAO). Build event-driven workflows using AWS SQS/EventBridge. Architect multi-tenant systems with workspace isolation and role/scope-based access. Develop scalable, type-safe REST APIs. Work across polyglot persistence: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse. Write production-grade TypeScript (Bun runtime) and Go. Build microservices with Express/Elysia (TS) and Fiber (Go). Optimize schemas, queries, caching, and background jobs. Deploy containerized services to Kubernetes using GitHub Actions. Manage AWS infrastructure (SQS, EventBridge, S3); exposure to Azure/GCP is a plus. Maintain documentation, review designs, and mentor engineers.

Must-Have Skills: Languages & Frameworks Strong TypeScript (primary) and Go. Express.js/Elysia, Go/Fiber. Prisma ORM (Postgres) and Mongoose (MongoDB).

Databases & Data Systems PostgreSQL (advanced), MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse. Experience with multi-database architectures.

Event Systems & Cloud AWS SQS/EventBridge, message queue patterns, background job execution. Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD workflows. Strong experience with distributed systems, scalability, and system design.

Architecture Hatchet/Temporal or workflow orchestration experience. Azure OpenAI / Content Safety APIs. Real-time analytics, gRPC, CQRS/Event Sourcing. Experience with AI/ML integrations or iPaaS platforms.

Qualifications 2+ years building backend systems at scale. Strong experience with TypeScript/Node.js in production. Go experience for performance-heavy microservices. Hands-on experience deploying microservices on Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS). Deep understanding of distributed systems, fault tolerance, and message queues. Strong documentation, testing, and code quality practices.

Soft Skills Ownership mindset and ability to drive projects end-to-end. Excellent debugging and problem-solving across complex systems. Clear communicator for design reviews and architecture discussions. Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments. Mentorship experience preferred.
