Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our team in Pune (Erandwane location). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python development and be comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python-based applications Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions Debug and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability

Required Skills:

4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development Strong understanding of Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI – any) Experience with RESTful APIs and backend development Proficiency in database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Good understanding of data structures, OOPs, and design principles Experience with version control tools like Git Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have:

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus
