Role Overview We are hiring Talent Acquisition Lead to handle end-to-end hiring and strengthen our talent pipeline across roles, on a 6‑month contractual position with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities Handle

full recruitment lifecycle : JD finalization, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining. Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Maintain trackers/ATS and share regular hiring status reports.

Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate with

maximum 5 years

of recruitment experience. Strong sourcing skills and comfort with

job portals/ATS and Excel. Excellent communication

and stakeholder management skills.
