Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong internal audit expertise, preferably from the jewelry, gems, or diamond manufacturing and

Consulting

industry. The role involves reviewing processes, identifying risks, strengthening controls,

Drafting Audit Reports

and supporting management with accurate reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits across operational, financial, and Other areas,

End-to-End Business Process review like Procurement, Revenue, Production, HR and Payroll etc. Perform Risk Assessments and identify Control Gaps with Actionable Recommendations. Prepare MIS reports, cost analysis, variance analysis, and business dashboards. Review costing processes, including material flow, gross loss, yield, and process efficiency. Analyze data related to Gems, Diamonds, and Jewellery Production activities. Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and Management directed requirements. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments Present audit findings, MIS insights, and improvement suggestions to Stake holder Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization with value addition.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), M.Com CA Inter
