Set up meetings to understand clients’ needs and present tailored solutions to address them.
Establish strong relationships to foster trust, drive repeat sales, upsell, and ensure customer retention.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and pitches that highlight the unique value proposition.
Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, update status, and report progress consistently.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor tactics to inform sales strategy.
Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer input and market insights.
Oversee the complete sales cycle—from lead nurturing through to post-sales support—to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for demos, contracts, and after-sales service to fulfil customer requirements efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
Any technical degree with proficiency in English; multilingual skills preferred.
3 to 6 years of experience in selling industrial products is preferred.
