Lead AI Engineer

to join us as a

Founding Team member

and

co-build the core AI stack

from ground up.

Responsibilities

As a

Lead AI Engineer , you will:

Architect and own

end-to-end Conversational AI systems Design

LLM-powered workflows

(RAG, tools, agents, memory) Build scalable

voice + chat AI

for enterprise use cases Translate business problems into

production-ready AI solutions Work closely with

Founder, CTO & Chief AI Officer Mentor engineers and set

AI engineering standards

This is a

hands-on + leadership role .

What You’ll Work On

LLM orchestration (OpenAI / Anthropic / OSS models) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Prompt engineering & evaluation frameworks Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech pipelines Conversation flow design & state management AI safety, latency, and cost optimization

Qualifications

5+ years in

AI / ML / Backend engineering Strong experience in

LLMs / Conversational AI Production experience with

Python, FastAPI, LangChain/LlamaIndex Understanding of

vector DBs, embeddings, orchestration Startup mindset – ownership Comfortable with ambiguity & building from zero to scale
