Vendor Management & Procurement Lead This role is responsible for developing and implementing a

global vendor management framework

aligned with Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) standards, ensuring strong vendor performance, compliance, and strategic alignment across all global locations. At the same time, the role retains

full procurement oversight for MB Egypt

, ensuring adherence to global procurement policies, leading procurement-related audits, and overseeing local procurement governance and operations. Core Responsibilities Develop and execute a global vendor management strategy. Establish vendor performance frameworks, scorecards, and KPIs. Conduct quarterly vendor performance reviews and ensure continuous improvement. Strengthen vendor relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention. Optimize and streamline vendor onboarding and procurement processes. Ensure full compliance with third-party risk management requirements. Provide accurate KPI reporting and quarterly performance updates to senior management. Lead cross-functional collaboration across procurement, legal, finance, and regional teams. Train and develop procurement staff on vendor management best practices. Egypt-Specific Oversight Lead and coordinate all procurement audits in Egypt. Ensure purchasing activities comply with global policies and local regulations. Oversee Centralized Procurement Department (CPD) operations. Review spend governance and approval limits. Support stakeholders on supplier disputes and escalations. Candidate Profile 10+ years’ experience in vendor management within multinational organizations. Strong global procurement expertise and negotiation skills. Experience managing cross-regional stakeholders. Relevant degree: professional certifications (CPSM/CPM) preferred.
