Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution with clarity and accountability. This role goes beyond project tracking — it requires strategic alignment, structured thinking, stakeholder influence, and delivery discipline. You will own end-to-end program governance, ensure business outcomes are achieved, manage interdependencies, and create visibility across leadership. Key Responsibilities Program Strategy & Planning Define program vision, scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals. Translate business priorities into structured roadmaps and execution plans. Identify interdependencies across teams and ensure synchronized delivery. Execution & Governance Establish program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and review cadences. Track milestones, risks, budgets, and KPIs across multiple projects. Ensure timelines are met without compromising quality or stakeholder expectations. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Management Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Leadership. Drive alignment across senior stakeholders with conflicting priorities. Present program status, insights, and escalations to executive leadership. Operational Excellence Build scalable processes and playbooks for repeatable success. Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize execution efficiency. Lead post-program reviews and capture learnings. Team Leadership Guide project managers and cross-functional contributors. Foster accountability, ownership, and structured execution culture. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. 6–10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Strategic Operations. Proven experience managing multi-stream, cross-functional programs. Strong understanding of risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or similar.
