Role Objective
We are looking for a
Brand Manager
who will own brand strategy execution, client servicing, and day-to-day management of brand mandates. This role mirrors the Senior Brand Manager’s responsibilities but at a smaller scale. The Brand Manager will be responsible for translating strategy into execution, managing timelines, coordinating with creative and digital teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across campaigns and content.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣
Brand Strategy Execution
Support development and execution of:
• Brand strategy
• Positioning
• GTM plans
• Campaign strategies
Translate strategic frameworks into:
• Content plans
• Campaign calendars
• Channel-wise execution plans
Work closely with Senior Brand Manager and Digital Strategist to implement integrated brand plans
2️⃣
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned brands
• Manage client communication, briefing sessions, and feedback loops
• Present plans, updates, and performance reviews to clients
• Build trust through proactive communication and problem-solving
3️⃣
Campaign & Content Delivery
• Own execution of campaigns, content calendars, and social media narratives
• Ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and timely delivery
• Review creatives, captions, and content for quality before client share
4️⃣
Internal Coordination & Quality Control
• Coordinate with creative, digital, influencer, and performance teams
• Ensure briefs are clear and strategy-led
• Track deliverables, timelines, and revisions
• Maintain quality and brand tone across all outputs
5️⃣
Team Support & Development
• Guide junior brand executives on brand thinking, client communication, and process discipline
• Delegate tasks and review work
• Help build structured workflows and documentation
6️⃣
Business Thinking & Scope Support
• Understand client business goals and category dynamics
• Support Senior Brand Manager in identifying upsell opportunities
• Prepare proposals and decks
• Track impact of brand activity on engagement, leads, or business outcomes
Education
Preferred:
• MBA in Marketing / Brand Management
• BBA / BMS / Mass Communication / Advertising
Education is supportive — agency exposure and brand thinking matter more.

Experience
Must-Have:
• 3–5 years in brand management / account management / strategy support
• Hands-on experience with campaign execution, content planning, and client communication

Reporting To
You will report to Business Head of the respective Vertical
Reporting Office
You will be based at our EBG Group Office at Hitec City area, Hyderabad, Working days Monday to Saturday. Timings 10 am to 7pm.
Salary Package
Your Salary package range for this position is 6 LPA to 9 LPA
