About Us We are a fast-growing ecommerce company specializing in incense, spiritual products, and ritual tools. We sell across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Faire, and wholesale channels. We are building an advanced internal analytics and automation platform using Power BI to optimize advertising performance, product listings, inventory, and profitability across all channels. This role involves building production-quality Power BI models that generate actionable business insights and recommendations—not just dashboards.

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design and build scalable analytics and automation engines. These models will analyze marketplace data and generate clear recommendations to improve advertising performance, sales, and operational efficiency. You will work directly with leadership to build structured Power BI data models and automation logic. This is a part-time remote role with long-term potential.

Key ResponsibilitiesPower BI Data Modeling

Design and implement scalable star schema data models Build fact and dimension tables for ecommerce and advertising data Create unified product master tables across multiple marketplaces Ensure models are optimized for performance and scalability

Advertising and Performance Analytics Build Power BI engines to analyze marketplace advertising performance, including: Keyword and campaign performance analysis Bid optimization and performance tracking Search term performance analysis Campaign efficiency analysis These models should support clear, actionable decision-making.

Multi-Channel Ecommerce Analytics Build analytics and reporting across: Amazon Walmart eBay Faire Wholesale Including: Product-level performance tracking Channel performance comparison Sales and profitability analysis Listing and product performance insights

Data Transformation and Power Query

Clean and transform marketplace export datasets Build efficient and reusable Power Query pipelines Ensure reliable and scalable data transformation processes

Required Skills

Strong experience with Power BI development Advanced DAX knowledge Strong understanding of star schema and data modeling Experience building scalable Power BI data models Strong Power Query experience Ability to build structured and maintainable analytics systems

Preferred Experience

Ecommerce analytics experience (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, or similar) Experience working with marketplace or advertising performance data SQL knowledge Experience handling large datasets
