What You’ll Own: Financial Reporting & Compliance • Monthly, quarterly & annual financials • Audit coordination (statutory, internal, tax) • Strong control over inventory (gold, diamond, valuation)

Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS • Seasonal forecasting (wedding & festive cycles ) • Sales vs margin analytics (branch/item level) • Working capital & inventory insights

Cash Flow & Treasury • Banking relationships (OD, CC, loans) • Fund management & interest optimization • Working capital efficiency

Inventory & Cost Control • Karat-wise & purity-based valuation • Stock audits & reconciliation • Loss tracking & process control

Compliance & Governance • GST, MCA, taxation frameworks • Compliance reporting to leadership

⚙️ Internal Controls & SOPs • Process design for finance operations • Continuous improvement & automation

Team Leadership • Lead finance teams across HO & branches • Drive performance, training & reporting excellence
