About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Cluster Team Lead – Inside Sales to manage a small pod of inside sales executives and drive daily execution, discipline, and revenue .
This role is ideal for a Senior Inside Sales Executive / Team Lead who enjoys being on the floor, coaching reps, tracking numbers, and closing deals—not just reporting .
What You'll Own
Manage a cluster of 6–10 Inside Sales Executives
Own monthly revenue targets for your cluster
️ Run daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and follow-ups
Track calls, conversions, closures, and rep productivity
Coach reps through call reviews, objection handling, and closing
Ensure 100% CRM hygiene (calls, follow-ups, notes, pipeline stages)
Handle first-level customer escalations and stuck deals
Support onboarding and ramp-up of new sales reps
What We're Looking For
Experience
3–6 years in inside sales / telesales
1–2 years as a Senior Sales Exec / Team Lead
Experience selling to SMEs / B2B customers preferred
️ Skills
Strong closing and follow-up discipline
Comfortable with daily targets and pressure
Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style
Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.)
Basic Excel / Google Sheets for daily MIS
