JOB PROFILE: The job position holder will be responsible of preparing, reconciling and analyzing the accounting records andfinancial reports of the delegation and implement quality of work.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: §

Ensures that financial related activities are performed according to Achchhe Padosi financial proceduresand policies. §

Manage and ensure timely filing of TDS and GST returns. §

Process and pay taxes online in compliance with government regulations. §

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. §

Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports. §

Liaise with government authorities for audits and taxation matters. §

Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations. §

Handles banking transactions, coordinate and negotiate with bank. §

Supports finance manager in compliance management and internal control process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: §

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter/CMA preferred). §

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation. §

Proficiency in accounting software like MS Office tools , Tally esp in

Quick Books §

Proficiency in TDS and GST processes and filings. §

Knowledge of online tax payment portals and government compliance systems. §

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills including budget forecasting. §

Well-developed written and oral communications in English & local language/s
