About the Role

We are looking for a Python web developer to join our in-office team and build high-impact features using a Python web framework and Postgres. Your work will directly ship to production and be used by thousands of e-commerce businesses, influencing their day-to-day operations and customer experiences. This is a hands-on role where your code will make a visible difference at scale.

Responsibilities This is a high-ownership individual contributor role.

Lead and take full responsibility for the backend development of our product. Build robust APIs and backend logic that power real-time experiences for thousands of e-commerce businesses. Contribute to database design, performance optimisation, and overall system architecture. Drive the product forward by owning everything from architectural decisions to final deployment. Collaborate openly with your team, communicate proactively, and take pride in your work—this is not a solo journey.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Strong grasp of PostgreSQL database and a Python web framework . Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for helping customers succeed and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service. Ownership-Driven: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively. Automation Mindset: Interest in identifying and implementing automation solutions to streamline processes.
