About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates from the

Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Medical Science stream

who are willing to work

with commitment , gain hands-on experience, and grow in a supportive professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

(US Recruitment) Source and screen candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases. Understand US job requirements and match suitable candidates. Communicate with candidates via calls and emails to explain job roles and opportunities. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly. Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and company policies. Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.

Eligibility Criteria Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Science stream (B.Sc./Biotechnology/Pharma/ Microbiology/other science-related fields). Experience:

Freshers are welcome. Shift Requirement:

Must be comfortable working in

night shifts (US timings) . Communication:

Fluency in

English (spoken and written)

is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Job Portals, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Team player with a positive attitude.
