What You’ll Work On This is a high-exposure role that sits at the intersection of learning, consulting, and intellectual work. You will: Consulting & Learning Design Support leadership and capability programs Sit in on client discovery conversations Convert messy inputs into structured notes and frameworks Support proposals and intervention design Organizational Development Exposure Assist in OD and transformation work Research leadership and culture practices Help build internal frameworks and playbooks Thought Leadership & Writing Support articles, posts, and learning IP Shape ideas into structured content Contribute to founder-led thinking work Research & Strategic Support Research trends in leadership and management Synthesize insights into usable formats Depending on strengths, you may also contribute to brand and narrative work.

What We're Looking For

This role works best for someone who: Has 1–3 years of experience (consulting, HR, L&D, startups, research-led roles) Thinks independently and writes clearly Is comfortable with ambiguity Values depth over comfort Wants accelerated learning through proximity Detail Oriented Brings in the cheer and enthusiasm to learn and experiment.

You’ll work closely with the founder, which means: Direct feedback, fast learning loops, and high expectations.

Location & Rhythm

Dahisar East Mumbai-based (preference: Western suburbs) 6-day week 2 Saturdays off per month Compensation ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and readiness) This role is designed as a

gateway into the Atlas core team , with potential full-time conversion based on mutual fit and performance.
