Microland is seeking a

Cybersecurity Technology Delivery Leader

with deep expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions to lead complex, multi-client cybersecurity programs. This senior leadership role is part of our Technology Delivery Unit and is critical to delivering robust, scalable, and resilient SOC services across enterprise environments.

As the Technology Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of SOC service delivery—from architecture and deployment to operations and optimization. You will work closely with global clients, internal engineering teams, and cybersecurity SMEs to ensure exceptional delivery outcomes and measurable business value. You will lead multi-dimensional cybersecurity initiatives that influence enterprise risk postures, improve digital resilience, and establish Microland as a trusted partner in every stage of the client’s cybersecurity maturity journey.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity Strategy & Leadership Define and execute comprehensive cybersecurity delivery strategies aligned with client business priorities and regulatory expectations. Influence CISO-level decision-making by acting as a strategic advisor on emerging risks, architecture, and controls. Lead the evolution of Microland’s cybersecurity delivery model — including innovation roadmap, automation strategy, maturity frameworks, and service differentiation. Enable clients to transition from reactive security models to proactive, intelligence-driven programs. Enterprise Delivery Excellence Drive end-to-end service delivery across cybersecurity domains: Security Operations (SOC), Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, Application Security, and GRC. Ensure alignment of all cybersecurity programs with client risk postures, compliance needs, and business imperatives. Own the definition and execution of service SLAs, KPIs, risk frameworks, and quality benchmarks. Steer large-scale cybersecurity transformations and platform migrations, ensuring agility and compliance. Client Partnership & Advocacy Serve as the senior cybersecurity delivery leader for strategic accounts — ensuring high-impact outcomes, strong governance, and trusted relationships. Advise client stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, Risk Officers) on holistic security postures and digital resilience strategy. Partner with presales, solutioning, and marketing to shape compelling proposals and service narratives. Act as a client advocate internally to drive continuous service evolution. Innovation & Ecosystem Leadership Build and promote Microland’s cybersecurity innovation agenda, including automation accelerators, analytics-driven operations, and AI/ML-based threat management. Drive integration of new cybersecurity technologies and platforms — from SIEM, SOAR, and PAM to Zero Trust, SASE, and secure cloud access frameworks. Engage with OEMs, startups, and strategic partners to build differentiated, value-driven offerings. Represent Microland in industry forums, client briefings, and thought leadership initiatives. Business & Financial Accountability Own cybersecurity revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency for the assigned portfolio. Translate cybersecurity delivery objectives into measurable business impact (cost avoidance, breach risk reduction, compliance efficiency, etc.). Support strategic growth through account planning, capability development, and client expansion initiatives.

Mandatory Skills: Experience 16+ years of experience in global Cybersecurity Leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic technology delivery or transformation leadership role. Proven ability to manage multi-vertical, multi-region cybersecurity programs in a service provider or large enterprise environment.

Core Competencies Strategic vision in cybersecurity delivery and transformation. Expertise across cybersecurity domains (SOC, SIEM, IAM, AppSec, Risk, Cloud, Data Protection). Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, margin management. Exceptional client engagement and stakeholder communication skills. Strong team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration ability. Exposure to platforms/tools like Azure/AWS native security, Splunk, CyberArk, SailPoint, CrowdStrike, McAfee, Darktrace, and MDR solutions.
