About the Role
The Operations Head at TSA Process Equipments Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for driving operational excellence across manufacturing, project execution, supply chain, and quality functions. The role will focus on ensuring seamless execution resulting in customer satisfaction. The incumbent would require driving cost optimization, process improvement, and enhanced productivity.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all projects across India.
Ensure that all project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and address any challenges that arise.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, the order execution group, quality assurance, and procurement.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Operations Management:
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all project sites.
Monitor and improve processes to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
Conduct regular site visits to review progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Ensure that all projects adhere to the highest quality standards and meet all regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain quality control processes across all operations.
Address any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Procurement & Resource Management:
Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms.
Optimize resource allocation across projects to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and performance metrics.
Represent the company in meetings with clients, regulatory authorities, and industry partners.
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Knowledge of quality assurance practices and regulatory compliance in the relevant sector.
