technical leadership, delivery ownership, people management, and innovation

across modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Delivery Provide strong technical leadership across

AWS Cloud and Python (or similar programming languages) . Drive

end-to-end delivery

of scalable, cloud-native applications using AWS services. Lead planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution aligned with Agile and DevOps practices. Ensure adherence to cloud security, engineering standards, and best practices. Deploy, monitor, and debug cloud initiatives throughout the development lifecycle. Agile Program Ownership Own delivery of end-to-end Agile projects with accountability for timelines, quality, and outcomes. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Drive automation, engineering efficiency, and continuous improvement culture. Engineering Excellence Implement scalable software engineering frameworks, methodologies, and SOPs. Promote engineering mindset through documentation, knowledge sharing, and process maturity. Stay updated with industry trends and recommend technology evolution strategies. AI & Innovation Leverage exposure to

AI/ML and Generative AI tools

to enable innovative engineering solutions. Operations & Support Manage day-to-day production support including

Incident & Problem Management . Ensure SLA compliance and drive technical improvements for system stability and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Management Partner closely with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication.
