Job Title : SailPoint IdentityNow Developer Exp: 4 to 9 years Loc: Bangalore- Bellandur / Pune- Kharadi / Hyderabad- HITEC City Mode: Hybrid No. Openings : 3 Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days JD As a SailPoint Identity Security Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing SailPoint identity solutions to ensure our clients maintain secure, compliant, and efficient identity governance frameworks. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their identity management needs and implement solutions using SailPoint products.

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement SailPoint identity governance solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Deploy SailPoint IdentityNow to ensure robust access management. Develop and configure connectors for integration with various systems and applications. Conduct identity lifecycle management procedures, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management. Configure and manage access reviews and certification campaigns. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for identity security issues. Conduct training for client teams on SailPoint usage and best practices. Stay updated with the latest IGA (Identiry governance and adminstratataion) trends and SailPoint product developments. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in identity security. Create and maintain documentation related to architecture, configuration, and policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityNow. Strong understanding of identity governance and administration (IGA) concepts and practices. Experience in deploying and managing identity solutions in a corporate environment. Knowledge of related technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and federation protocols (SAML/OAuth). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) are a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell. Experience with workflow management and automation within SailPoint. Certified with ISC professional or Engineer certification Experience with cloud environments and integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure).
