Social Media Manager

Responsibilities Create and manage content that feels fresh, relevant, and genuinely engaging. Plan monthly social media calendars to keep our audience excited and informed. Work with designers, writers, and video editors to bring ideas to life. Keep an eye on trends, hashtags, and new features on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Respond to our audience with warmth, clarity, and professionalism. Track performance—understand what’s working, what’s not, and improve with every campaign. Run social media ads and monitor their performance for better results. Share monthly reports and simple insights that help guide our content strategy. Maintain brand consistency in every creative, caption, and conversation.

Qualifications Previous experience managing social media for a brand or agency. Strong understanding of how each platform works—and what audiences love. A creative mind with the ability to think visually and write engaging captions. Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling platforms. Basic design sense, with the ability to guide or collaborate on creative work. Ability to analyze numbers and turn them into simple, actionable ideas. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks without losing quality. A genuine love for social media, creativity, and brand-building.
