Role & Responsibilities

Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to connect with realtors Use a CRM system to manage leads and track pipelines Follow up consistently to book qualified appointments for the sales team Strong spoken English is a must. AMERICAN HOURS (6:00PM-3:00AM IST)

Compensation

Uncapped commissions (Earning potential 1-2 Lakh/Month) High performers have even stronger earning potential + Rewards & Bonuses
