Technical Product Delivery Specialist

BD Technology Campus India (BDTCI) is expanding, and we are looking for a Technical Product Delivery Specialist to lead the end‐to‐end delivery of AI/ML solutions across our global teams.

- 4 days in office (Mon–Thu) - Bengaluru - Full‐time

Role Overview

As a Technical Product Delivery Specialist, you will drive delivery excellence by partnering with Product Managers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, DevOps, and business teams.

You will ensure seamless execution of AI/ML solutions — from requirement gathering to deployment and post‐production stability.

This role requires strong delivery rigor, technical depth, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end‐to‐end delivery lifecycle for AI/ML solutions - Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps and execution plans - Oversee development, validation, testing, deployment & monitoring - Partner with data science, ML engineering & DevOps teams - Conduct code reviews, environment setup and performance diagnostics - Ensure delivery standards, governance, compliance & Responsible AI principles - Manage risks, dependencies & communication with global stakeholders - Drive reuse, standardization & scalable frameworks - Provide technical mentorship and delivery guidance

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields - 6+ years delivering AI/ML or technical engineering solutions - Strong experience deploying solutions to production environments - Proven expertise in managing complex, multi‐team technical deliveries - Experience working with global, cross‐functional teams in agile environments

Technical Skills

- ML lifecycle, MLOps practices, model deployment - Python, SQL - MLflow, Databricks, CI/CD, DevOps tooling - Docker, Kubernetes - Cloud infrastructure & security best practices - Strong problem‐solving & stakeholder management
