Service – Customer Support

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls/messages and create service orders in SAP/CRM Coordinate installation service orders and verify warranty/POS details Assign service calls, follow up with technicians, and ensure TAT closure Prepare customer invoices and share monthly MIS/AR reports Create spare part quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely delivery Track outstanding payments and coordinate with Finance for adjustments Share customer feedback links, analyze survey results, and prepare reports

Requirements: Diploma/Graduate 3–5 years’ experience in SAP/CRM-based customer service Good communication skills (English & Hindi) Strong MS Office, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
