We’re Hiring | Design Lead

Our client, a leading Product-based MNC, is looking for a Design Supervisor to lead creative teams working on high-traffic, consumer-facing websites.

Job Title - Design Supervisor Years of exp – 8-12 years Location – Pune- Viman Nagar Work Mode – 5 Days from office Shift Timing– 6:00 pm to 3:00 am(Cab facility and shift allowance provided)

Role Highlights: Lead and mentor design teams across client-side & internal initiatives Ensure high-quality design standards and efficient workflows Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing & Support teams Drive process improvements, analytics, and team growth Represent Design in cross-functional and leadership discussions

What We’re Looking For: 8–10 years of experience in Web / UI Design Strong hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, JS, Responsive Design Experience leading or managing design teams Solid design fundamentals (typography, color, layout) Exposure to tools like Adobe Photoshop, JIRA, CMS is a plus
