Senior Capacity Planner_WFM

Hi,

We are looking for "Senior Capacity Planner_WFM" for one of the leading fintech product company.

Location- Bangalore _Prestige tech park Bellandur

Shift timing- Night shift

3 days office mandatory

Compensation- 17LPA to 22LPA

Contract position

Payroll- VARITE

-7+ years of direct experience in Capacity Planning or Labor Modeling

- 3+ years in program/project management

- Experience utilizing Excel and

-SQL added advantage

- Experience translating capacity plans (long as well as short term)

-Erlang is good to have

-Excellent Storytelling skills to clearly articulate the From and-To-and business impacts - Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment - Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads - Exceptional influencing and leadership skills
