Role Overview
We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Luxury Sales Co-ordinator
to support our sales team and ensure a seamless, premium experience for every client walking into our lounge.
This is not just sales — it’s relationship-building in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in handling walk-in HNI clients, architects & designers
• Coordinate client meetings and lounge presentations
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices & follow-ups
• Maintain CRM and track leads diligently
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics & accounts team
• Ensure smooth post-sale documentation & client servicing
• Support sales head in closing high-value transactions
• Maintain luxury hospitality standards within the lounge
Ideal Candidate Profile
•
2–5 years experience in luxury retail
/ real estate / interiors / marble industry
• Excellent English communication skills
• Well-groomed, presentable personality
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Comfortable handling high-value clients
• Basic understanding of Excel & billing software
• Based in Mumbai (South Mumbai preferred)

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years' experience in sales related role
