Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and driven

Team Lead โ€“ Field Sales

who will be responsible for managing a team of field sales executives, driving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2C field sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to scale operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 5โ€“6 field sales executives. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective team management. Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the companyโ€™s residential customer base. Conduct field visits to manage lead conversions and support team members. Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions. Identify and explore new channels or partnerships to generate leads. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of sales funnel via CRM/sales software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and improve the sales process.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech); MBA preferred. 2โ€“5 years of experience in managing field sales teams. Minimum 5โ€“6 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in solar, Real estate, NBFC, Automobile, Edtech, FMCG, or consumer durables. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office. Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
