Proficiency in

After Effects, Premiere Pro, Spline, and Blender . Core Principles:

Deep understanding of timing, spacing, anticipation, and character animation. Design Fundamentals:

Strong grasp of UI/UX motion, typography, composition, and color theory. Conceptual Thinking:

Ability to translate abstract storyboards into fluid, meaningful movement. Professionalism:

Excellent time management and a degree in Design or Animation (preferred).

Responsibilities Execution:

Transform static designs into engaging experiences across digital and video platforms. Collaboration:

Work with UI/UX designers to implement motion that enhances usability and "delight." Brand Building:

Create compelling brand identities, motion guidelines, and explainer videos. Ideation:

Develop storyboards and contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative concepts. Innovation:
