Are you passionate about ARAS customization and development? We're hiring for a dynamic and innovative Senior ARAS Developer role with opportunities to lead and grow in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

- Install, configure, and administer ARAS PLM systems. - Develop and customize ARAS Methods using C#, JavaScript, VB, and client-side UI tools. - Customize modules like BOM Management, Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN), Variant & Project Management, APQP, RFP/RFQ Management, and more. - Create dashboards and intuitive user interfaces. - Design technical architectures and implement enterprise-level PLM solutions. - Contribute to innovative tools, templates, and scalable processes. - Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong ARAS customization experience across multiple modules. - Proficiency in C#.NET coding. - Expertise in dashboard creation and system integration. - Leadership, team management, and customer relationship management.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge of CAD integration, data migration, and enterprise integration. - Experience with end-to-end PLM implementation and DevOps practices.
