2 Job Overview Collegedunia is looking for an experienced

Team Leader – Sales & Counseling

to manage and drive a team of educational counselors. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in communication, and comfortable working from the office. Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage a team of educational counselors Drive admissions and sales targets on a daily and monthly basis Monitor calls and provide regular feedback to improve conversions Conduct training, coaching, and daily performance tracking Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead management Prepare reports and share updates with the reporting manager Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in Sales or Educational Counseling Prior

team handling experience

is preferred Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi Target-oriented mindset with leadership qualities Comfortable working

from office only Candidates willing to commute to

Sector 18, Gurugram
