La Bake Amore is a premium European-style baking and pastry academy, dedicated to excellence in education, craft, and experience. We are looking for a

highly organized, proactive Office Manager

who can be the backbone of our daily operations and ensure the academy runs smoothly.

Role Overview The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination activities of the academy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, multitasking, and working in a creative, education-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily office and academy operations Coordinate class schedules, faculty calendars, and student batches Handle front-office administration, inquiries, and student communication Maintain records related to admissions, attendance, fees, and vendors Oversee housekeeping, supplies, and facility readiness Coordinate with accounts, HR, and management for smooth operations Support events, workshops, and special programs conducted at the academy Ensure processes, policies, and discipline are followed across teams

Who We’re Looking For 3–6 years of experience in office administration / operations / institute management Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, calm, and solution-oriented attitude Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Experience in an academy, school, training institute, or hospitality setup is a plus
