Your Impact Areas

Own and drive the product roadmap for operations automation using AI, OCR, and intelligent workflows Understand complex operational processes and digitize them into scalable, configurable product solutions Design and manage system configurations to meet client-specific requirements without custom builds Define success metrics, KPIs, and ROI for automation initiatives and track outcomes post-implementation Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure adoption and execution excellence Knowledge of AI, ML, and LLM-based systems is must

Unlock this Role with

● (4-6) years experience in SaaS or E-commerce product management ● Strong background in wireframes, documentation, and stakeholder management ● Experience driving cross-functional collaboration and UAT planning ● Experience mentoring or managing junior product managers or cross-functional pods ● Deep understanding of customer journeys and product-led growth strategies ● UX development familiarity and research-driven approach Academic and Technical Checklist

● B.Tech + MBA (Tier 1 or 2 institute preferred) ● Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and strategic documentation ● Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities
