Job Overview:

SoftClouds LLC is looking for an experienced

Siebel Developer

with strong expertise in

Siebel Configuration, eScript, Siebel EAI, Open UI, and Oracle SQL . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting solutions across the Siebel CRM platform. This role requires strong technical depth, hands‑on problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with functional, QA, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

Configure and extend Siebel CRM components including

Business Components, Applets, Web Templates, Views, Screens, User Properties , and business logic using

Siebel Tools/Web tools . Develop robust server- and client-side logic using

eScript

and

JavaScript/Open UI

to implement business rules and enhance user experience. Design, build, and maintain integrations using

Siebel EAI , including

Web Services (SOAP/REST) , Integration Objects, Data Maps,

Workflows , and Workflow Policies. Support migration processes, and participate in release and deployment cycles across environments. Develop and optimize

Oracle SQL

and

PL/SQL

scripts for data handling, performance tuning, and systems integration. Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues using

SOAP UI, Postman , and Siebel EAI logs; ensure successful end-to-end processing. Design and maintain

XML/XSLT transformations , schemas, and service contracts for integrations and data exchange. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver scalable solutions. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality delivery. Provide production support including incident diagnosis, root-cause analysis, workflow monitoring, and implementation of permanent fixes.. ·

Ability to perform other duties and responsibilities, as necessary. ·

Preferred: Hands-on experience with Siebel Loyalty and eLoyalty modules.

Education: Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
