Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) professional, based in Bengaluru/ Chennai. The role involves managing and optimizing SAP Redwood RunMyJobs workflows, performing business process analysis, maintaining master data integrity, and ensuring that SAP FICO processes run smoothly. The candidate will also provide consultative support, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify areas of process improvement to streamline operations effectively.

Key Requirements: • 7+ years overall IT experience • 3–5+ years hands-on experience in Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) • Strong expertise in Job Scheduling & Workload Automation • Workflow / Job Chains configuration experience • Submit Frames / Time Windows configuration • Monitoring, SLA handling & failure management • Incident management & troubleshooting expertise • Experience working in SAP landscapes (SM37 / background jobs) • Recent / current RMJ project exposure

Preferred: • CPS / BPA exposure • Redwood Expression Language (REL) • RedwoodScript • SAP BW Process Chains • Cloud / RMJ SaaS implementation
