260302**Overview**Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking a Product Director to join our Product Management team. This is a highly visible and impactful role responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy. The Product Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to bring new products to market that meet the needs of our customers.**What you’ll do*** Contribute to the development and execution of the product strategy for our suite of supply chain software products, specifically focusing on the transition from traditional S&OP to IBP.* Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends and competitor activities.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer needs.* Participate in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, gathering customer requirements, and making data-driven recommendations for product enhancements.* Measure and analyze the success of product launches and make recommendations for future improvements.* Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, both internally and externally.**What we are looking for*** **IBP/S&OP Mastery**: 5+ years of deep domain knowledge in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).* **Experience**: You have been either a practitioner (Planning Manager, S&OP Director) or have led the delivery/consulting of S&OP/IBP transformations for large enterprises.* **Technical Literacy**: Familiarity with planning concepts like demand planning, supply planning, financial reconciliation, and scenario-based decision-making for different decision horizons.* **Product Management**: Prior experience in Product Management is a significant bonus but not strictly required if you have extensive delivery or practitioner experience.* **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.* **Problem Solving**: Ability to translate abstract business requirements into concrete software requirements.* **Customer Obsession**: A passion for supporting early-stage customers in their digital transformation journeys.* **Adaptability**: Thrives in a fast-paced environment where the product is rapidly evolving based on customer feedback.* **Market Knowledge**: Knowledge of the supply chain software industry and the competitive landscape**Our Values**All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
