Job Title: Senior Account Manager / Account Director

Position Type: Full Time (Onsite)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Qualification: Bachelorโ€™s Degree

Years of Experience: 8+ Years

Functional Skills Required

Mandatory:

- Strong understanding of Cyber Security concepts - Hands-on knowledge of CASB, ZTNA, SSL VPN, VDI, WVD, DaaS, and Cloud technologies - Ability to design, develop, and implement Business Development strategies for local and/or international markets - Proven expertise in account management and relationship building to achieve annual revenue targets - Customer-first approach with strong client engagement skills - Demonstrated leadership and team-handling capabilities, including attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing team members - Knowledge of IT Services, especially in the Virtualization domain, and ability to articulate business value - Experience in generating business leads for short- and long-term revenue and profit growth - Capability to develop and manage a strong opportunity pipeline - Strong sales presentation skills with the ability to address objections and close opportunities - Ability to effectively use customer profiles and account information

Good to Have:

- Enterprise-level sales experience in a similar domain - OEM certifications in Security and/or Cloud technologies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong collaboration and team-player mindset - Clear and structured thinking - Sincere and dependable work ethic - Proactive and self-motivated attitude - Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills - Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall business development and sales operations - Develop in-depth knowledge of products and solutions offered - Build and maintain relationships with global, national, and local consulting and partner organizations - Train, mentor, and guide new team members - Build and manage a high-performing sales team and continuously enhance their skills - Engage with customers to understand business requirements and provide strategic sales responses - Lead and collaborate with pre-sales teams to define technical solutions, support Statements of Work, and deliver proposals - Deliver effective sales presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers - Willingness to travel for business requirements
