Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales & Distribution: Drive end-to-end operations across 5 regions in TN, ensuring primary and secondary sales targets are met across product categories. Market Expansion: Focus on distribution hygiene, new outlet addition, and increasing numeric/weighted reach. Operational Excellence: Establish robust sales systems to enhance productivity, manage stock forecasting, and ensure seamless logistics coordination. Financial Discipline: Maintain strict control over market collections and sales-related expenses. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance sales team, managing talent acquisition, capability building, and attrition to create a robust leadership pipeline. Performance Monitoring: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Sales Head to ensure continuous optimization.

Behavioral & Leadership Skills Result Orientation: Proven ability to consistently achieve primary and secondary sales targets Execution Focus: Strong bias for converting strategy into ground-level action Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for internal reporting and external stakeholder management Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive FMCG environment Stakeholder Management: Engage effectively with distributors, retailers, and internal teams

Criteria : Educational Background : MBA in Marketing or equivalent (preferred) Total Experience :

8 - 15 years in FMCG sales/ B2C selling Leadership Experience :

3+ years in leading large sales teams Geographic Exposure : Tamil Nadu or South India
