Conditions of Contract Proven experience in infrastructure projects (Buildings, Residential Apartments, Villas) Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Oversee end-to-end contract administration Review, evaluate, and manage variations and claims Handle Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and assessments Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and legal teams Ensure strict compliance with contract terms and project requirements Support both pre-contract (tendering, contract drafting, risk review) and post-contract activities
