Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric Spanish Chat Support Specialist to provide excellent chat-based support to our US-based customers. This is a remote contractor role requiring strong communication skills in Spanish (B2/C1 level and above), along with a reliable laptop and broadband connection. Key Responsibilities: Provide real-time chat support to Spanish-speaking customers in the US. Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Accurately document customer interactions and troubleshoot issues as required. Ensure timely and professional responses to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns. Requirements: Proficiency in Spanish (B2/C1 level or higher) and good English communication skills. Own laptop with updated OS and antivirus protection. Stable broadband connection with adequate speed for seamless chat operations. Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours to support US & UK time zones.
