Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Core Java Backend Engineer to support our US-based team (US Central Time Zone). The ideal candidate will work on home-grown Content Management Systems (CMS), contributing to backend development while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Core Java

Work on and enhance custom-built Content Management Systems

Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams as a strong team player

Participate in code reviews and contribute to system improvements

Provide bright ideas, suggestions, and innovative solutions to technical challenges

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Core Java

Solid backend development experience (full stack exposure is a plus)

Experience working with custom or enterprise CMS platforms

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
