About The Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for prospective students interested in design education (Design, Architecture, Fashion, IIT design). You will guide students and parents, handle inquiries, explain course structures, and convert leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling:

Conduct in-depth counselling sessions to understand student aspirations in the design field and recommend suitable courses. Lead Conversion:

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins to convert prospects into admissions. Course Knowledge:

Explain curriculum, fees, career opportunities, and portfolio development required for design schools. Relationship Management:

Build rapport with parents and students to ensure a smooth admission process. Target Achievement:

Meet monthly/quarterly admission targets and follow up regularly. Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate data in the CRM system for students and staff and report on lead status.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (degrees in Arts, Design, or Psychology are preferred). Experience:

1–3 years of experience in educational counselling, sales, or inside sales (EdTech or design coaching experience is a plus). Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Personality:

Empathetic, persuasive, and target-oriented. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
