Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Head of Marketing & Client Delivery
to own and deliver lead generation, branding, and website development projects end to end,
working with clients across the US, Europe, and Australia . This is a hands-on role that combines project execution, client management, and team leadership.
You will be responsible for driving timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, ensuring client satisfaction, owning the complete client lifecycle, and improving profitability across service lines. The role also plays a key part in ICP-led lead generation, client retention, upselling opportunities, risk and scope control, team development, and continuous process improvement. You will work closely with the founders and report directly to them on delivery, performance, and risks.
Key Responsibilities
You will have a dedicated execution team supporting you across lead generation, content, branding, and website delivery. While day-to-day execution is handled by the team, you will remain closely involved, providing direction, reviews, and real-time guidance. Final responsibility for timelines, quality standards, and client-ready deliverables across all services remain your responsibility.
Lead Generation
Automation & Campaign Management
Plan, set up, and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SMS, and calling) using tools such as Lemlist, Mailshake, Reply.io, Dripify, Expandi, or similar platforms.
Own ICP-based lead generation and consistently meet defined targets.
Build and optimize automated workflows to improve efficiency, reply rates, and conversions.
Database & Lead Intelligence
Own database creation, enrichment, buyer signals and segmentation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
Ensure data accuracy,
ICP-aligned lead generation , and readiness for outbound execution.
Content & Messaging
Create, review, and optimize outbound emails, LinkedIn messages, and campaign copy.
Continuously refine messaging based on audience response, feedback, and campaign performance.
CRM, Reporting & Strategy Feedback
Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, responses, pipeline movement, and client progress.
Monitor deliverability, campaign performance, and key metrics (reply rate, meeting rate, conversion rate).
Share performance insights, strategic feedback, and improvement recommendations with internal teams and founders.
Branding & Website Delivery
Lead branding projects including logo design, brand guidelines, and visual consistency among others.
Oversee website projects from design through launch, ensuring content accuracy, brand alignment, and conversion optimization.
Ensure
strict quality assurance (QA)
across all branding and website deliverables before client submission.
Client Communication & Retention
Act as the primary point of contact for clients across projects, owning communication throughout the client lifecycle.
Manage onboarding, timelines, expectations, scope alignment, and regular project updates.
Proactively maintain strong client relationships with a
retention and upselling mindset .
Identify risks early, control scope creep, and address concerns to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
KPI & Performance Tracking
Define and track key metrics such as reply rates, meeting rates, conversions, campaign ROI, and team performance.
Share weekly internal performance dashboards and monthly client reports.
Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones with
strict QA checks for every deliverable .
Team Leadership & Vendor Management
Lead internal team members and coordinate with external vendors.
Manage 3–4 parallel client projects across lead generation, branding, and website delivery , while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and outcomes are consistently met.
Delegate tasks, monitor KPIs, track team performance, and ensure accountability.
Teach, guide, and upskill team members , explaining processes, expectations, and quality benchmarks.
Own
process documentation and SOPs , ensuring consistent execution across projects.
Manage timelines, capacity planning, and resource allocation across multiple active projects.
Key Skills & Requirements
Experience
4–8+ years of experience in marketing project management or client delivery roles.
Strong background in lead generation, branding, and website development projects.
Proven experience handling and communicating with clients across
US, Europe, and Australia , including time zone coordination and delivery expectations.
Proven experience handling clients, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
Preferably experience working in a
marketing or lead generation agency environment , managing
multiple projects simultaneously .
Tools & Platforms
Hands-on experience with outbound and automation tools such as Lemlist, Mailshake, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
Practical experience using AI-powered tools for lead research, personalization, data enrichment, content optimization, and campaign analysis.
Ability to leverage AI workflows to improve targeting, messaging relevance, response rates, and overall outbound efficiency.
Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello for managing timelines, tasks, and cross-functional teams.
Experience with LLM (Large Language Model) prompting
