Project Manager

to lead and coordinate projects across our

SaaS and Cybersecurity products . This is a full-time,

in-house role based in Jaipur , ideal for someone who can manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high execution standards in a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Own end-to-end project delivery for SaaS and Cybersecurity initiatives. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Create and manage project plans, sprints, and release schedules. Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as the central point of coordination between Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and Marketing teams. Ensure clear communication, task ownership, and timely follow-ups. Remove blockers and escalate risks proactively. Agile & Process Management

Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Track progress using tools like Jira / ClickUp / Asana. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and processes. Stakeholder & Reporting

Provide regular project status updates to leadership. Track KPIs, timelines, dependencies, and risks. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum

3–5 years of experience

as a Project Manager, preferably in

SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Tech products . Domain Knowledge:

Understanding of SaaS development lifecycle and cybersecurity concepts. Tools:

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar PM tools. Methodologies:

Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks. Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Location:

Must be able to work

in-house from Jaipur office .

Good to Have (Bonus)

Experience managing B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity products Exposure to DevOps or security-focused teams PMP / Scrum Master certification
