Financial Reporting Manager

Position: Manager – FMR

Grade: E2 Location: Chennai Shift: 1 30 pm to 10 30 pm

Job Summary: The Financial and Management Reporting Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with timelines and accuracy of monthly financial processes. The role involves managing month-end closing, P&L review, variance analysis, inventory reporting, budgeting, and year-end audit support. The position requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and readiness for international travel.

Job Description: Handle

month-end processes

, including period close and reconciliations. Perform

variance analysis

,

P&L review

, and financial performance analysis. Manage

Forex revaluation

inventory reporting

, and reconciliations. Support

budgeting cycles

and preparation of annual operating plans. Handle

year-end audits

and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and auditors for smooth financial operations. Ensure adherence to timelines and accuracy SLAs for all reporting processes.

Profile Description: CA qualification

is mandatory with experience in a

core manufacturing company (FMCG preferred)

. Strong knowledge of

SAP

and

MS Excel

; familiarity with Oracleand SAP BPC/BO/BI is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage clients, teams, and auditors. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Willingness to

travel to Nigeria for 3–4 months annually
