Client Servicing Executive - Digital Agency

Role Description Mensa Minds is hiring a full-time Client Servicing Executive located on-site in Noida. The selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing accounts, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating with internal teams for project execution, and addressing client inquiries efficiently. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to meet deadlines while ensuring client objectives are achieved. • Daily internal and external coordination with internal team of designers, social media experts, content writers, seo experts and marketers on one side and client team on the other side. •Taking brief from the clients, thoroughly understanding the brief, giving a download to the team for them to execute their individual part. • Preparing weekly/monthly reports for clients.

DIGITAL AGENCY EXPERIENCE OF ATLEAST ANY PROJECT WORK IS A MUST. This is an Onsite role in Noida, candidates residing in Delh/NCR will be preferred.

Qualifications Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to foster and maintain positive client interactions. Experience with Presentations and Account Management to effectively communicate plans, strategies, and reports to clients. Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Proficiency in multitasking, time management, and collaboration within a team to ensure seamless project execution. Relevant experience in a digital agency or similar client-facing role is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
