We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally Prime and hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in Steel or Metallurgy.

Work Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations in a manufacturing environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations

Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime

Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

Handle inventory accounting

Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance

Required Skills

Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime

Experience in Manufacturing (Steel / Metallurgy preferred)

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation

Proficiency in MS Excel

Strong analytical and organizational skills
